Conti’s Pastry and Restaurant’s Mango Royale Salad – Iceberg lettuce with fresh mango cubes tossed with their special house dressing..
I really don’t like vegetables, but this year I tried to eat as much green as I can. What I love about this salad is the dressing, it perfectly matches the mangoes.
Italian Sausage Ravioli in Romesco Sauce (Ravioli is a type of filled pasta composed of a filling sealed between two layers of thin pasta dough. The word ravioli is reminiscent of the Italian verb riavvolgere (“to wrap”)).
It’s my first time to eat this kind of pasta and I love it..
Another great food that I’ll never forget is the Singapore Hainanese Chicken Rice. This is with chopped tomatoes, cucumber, pineapple, steamed white chicken meat, pork with special sauce, chili sauce, ginger garlic sauce and ofcourse the delicious Hainanese Rice. This was served during our Thanks Giving Mass at PBC. This is so far the best Hainanese Rice I’ve ever tasted.
