This November, The Flow will conduct it’s SurfYogaSamba Weekend Retreat happening on November 18-20 at the San Juan Surf Resort in La Union. 




This is a three-day experience that will spark your spirit and leave your body and mind relaxed and revitalized. Ms. Monica Manzano will teach you the Vinyasa Yoga and Yin Yoga, surf the waves with Luke Landrigan, dance to the samba beats of Escola de Samba de Manila, nourish your body with delicious gourmet meals and raw food snacks and witness the spectacle of Thai Lantern Lighting.

Rate is at Php 8,750.00 but you can avail the Early Bird rate of Php 7,750.00 extended until October 15.
