King Chef Lucky Chinatown Mall celebrates its first year anniversary yesterday and I was very glad to be part of this grand celebration.
Table for two
Table for four
As you enter the restaurant. A hotel like ambiance will welcome that makes you wanna seat immediately and have a taste of what they can offer.
Elegant table setting.
During the celebration, the grand entrance of the King Chef waiters was its first offering.
We were first served with Assorted Cold Cuts.
Personal favorites are the beef and seaweeds.
A healthy soup also served – Dumpling in Seafood Spinach Soup.
King Chef Seafood Restaurant Lucky Chinatown Mall opened last June 2012, marking their second store in Metro Manila. The first branch is located at Banawe Quezon City where they first make it to a reality their dream of bringing in an authentic yet extraordinary Chinese food experience. Thanks to Megaworld for convincing Ms. Maritess Ang to put up their very first Mall branch, braving the Binondo area and the rest is history.
Deep Fried Suahe with Salted Eggs were then served. Deep fried to perfection with a twist
Stir Fried Kung Pao Chicken
Fried Spareribs with Eight Spices stands out from all of the Fried Spareribs I’ve tasted before.
I was not brave enough to eat the eggplant itself in this Stuffed Eggplant in Japanese Sauce, but i definitely love the sauce.
I am not a fish eater but Fried King Fish in Mango Sauce did change my view on fish dishes. This is like a new take in a Sweet and Sour Fish I may say.
From a sweet and sour, comes this Typhoon Shelter Crabs that gives you the kick!
Birthday Noodles is also present.
To cap off the celebration, we were served with two amazing and delicious dessert – Almond Fish Geleatin that is too cute to eat and my personal favorite – Mango Balls coated with desiccated coconut.
