British Daniel Slakmonwho worked in famous international cruise ships, private member bars, clubs and restaurants with his trained baristas concocted drinks that every visitor can never forget.
I have tried their Signature Mocktails which is sold at Php150.00 per glass. First up, my favorite Mojito. According to the bartender, Mojito without the alcohol is called Virgin Mojito and one of their best sellers as well.
Mojito, a twisted version of this Cuban classic indulge in Bacardi Gold, Fresh mint and sugar. You can also add raspberry if you want to.
The bartender also suggested to try the Key West Cooler, combination of watermelon syrup, passion puree, cranberry juice and 7-up. I love the combination but i still love the Mojito.
And for a drink with alcohol we sip into Disaronno Amaretto (Italy) Php180.00
For the Signature Cocktails which are sold at Php200.00 per glass, we have tried the following:
2GO Cooler, with Grey Goose infused with passion fruit, cranberry and watermelon
Aylin ordered Virgin Bloody Mary (Tomato Juice, Tabasco Sauce, Fresh Lime, Fresh Lemon and Worcestershire sauce)
And to cleanse our pallet after trying out Virgin Bloody Mary we ordered:
Magenta Hub Blend (Fresh strawberries, fresh banana, vanilla, orange juice and cream)
Mango Banana Madness (Fresh Mango, fresh banana, orange juice and passion puree).
The Hub is also available for events and party needs, as they have allotted space outside the cafe. Bring your friends and enjoy both history and dining pleasure.
