Finally! Scream Queens premieres today on ETC via satellite at 4 P.M and of course with a primetime telecast at 9 P.M.
Scream Queens is a new killer comedy horror series from the award winning executive producers Ryan Murphy, Brad Falchuk and Ian Brennan (the men behind Glee and American Horror Story).
Kappa Kappa Tau, the most sought-after sorority for pledges at Wallace University is ruled with an iron first (in a pink glove) by Chanel Oberlin (played by Emma Roberts). The exclusivity of the Kappa House changed when Dean Cathy Munsch (played Jamie Lee Curtis), the anti Kappa (I can’t help but remember Sue Sylvester of Glee!) decrees that sorority pledging must be open to all students and not just the school’s silver spooned elite.
Chanel was of course terrified along with her minions, Chanel no. 2 (Ariana Grande), Chanel no. 3 (Billie Lourd) and Chanel no. 5 (Abigail Breslin). All hell is about to break loose as a devil clad killer begins to frightened and murder the people around the campus.
Joining the all-star cast are Lea Michele (Glee), Nick Jonas (Kingdom), Nasim Pedrad (Mulaney, Saturday Night Live), Oliver Hudson (Nashville, Rules of Engagement), Skyler Samuels (American Horror Story: Coven), Keke Palmer (Akeelah and the Bee, Masters of Sex), Lucien Laviscount (Episodes) and Niecy Nash (Getting On, The Soul Man).
Scream Queens is part black comedy, part slasher flick and a modern take on classic who done it, in which every character has a motive for murder or could easily be the next victim. Its Mean Girls meets Friday the 13th!
Tune it to ETC today for this much awaited premiere and join the conversation on Twitter @etc_channel and Facebook: www.facebook.com/etctv with the official hashtag #screemqueensonetc.
